Upper-Storage, Lower-Picking Solution
A parts warehouse for new energy vehicles and components combining high-level AS/RS storage with ground-level picking — AGVs automatically complete "goods-to-person" and "goods-to-line" delivery based on production demand.
Overview
This intelligent warehouse stores parts for new energy vehicles and components using an "upper-storage, lower-picking" layout: high-level racking for bulk storage above, with ground-level zones dedicated to picking and dispatch.
The system includes racking, 3D RGV robots, hoists, conveyor systems, WMS and WCS software, AGV robots and CRS sorting robots. Digital inventory management is achieved through WMS, and AGVs seamlessly interface with the warehouse to automatically complete "goods-to-person" or "goods-to-line" material delivery based on production demand.

Outcomes
Efficient dual-mode facility — Bulk storage and picking coexist without interfering with each other.
Real-time digital inventory — WMS gives full, accurate visibility of stock at all times.
Automatic delivery routing — AGVs choose goods-to-person or goods-to-line delivery based on live demand.
Faster, more accurate sorting — CRS robots reduce manual sorting errors before dispatch.
